Returns

If you’d like to return an item, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, as they cannot be resold for safety and hygiene reasons.

Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your card provider’s policies.
