During your online consultation, our Skin Expert will carry out a detailed skin assessment (make-up free if possible) and discuss any concerns you may have. We’ll review your skin history and overall health to better understand your skin and its needs.
You’ll receive a personalised skincare recommendation using medical-grade, cosmeceutical products completely tailored to your concerns and goals.
Common skin concerns we can help with include acne, rosacea, signs of ageing, sun damage, dryness, pigmentation, oiliness, blocked or open pores, uneven tone, redness, and sensitivity.
Please note, we do charge a £20 consultation fee, which will be refunded as a voucher code to use on your first purchase with us.
