Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Because we process orders immediately, we’re unable to cancel once they’re placed. However, once your order arrives, you can return it by contacting hello@harmonyclinic.online

Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Once Royal Mail (or another carrier) has your order, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

When will I receive my order?
Orders usually arrive within 1–3 working days. Please allow extra time during bank holidays, public holidays, or for reasons beyond our control (e.g., stock delays).
