How can I book my free skincare consultation?

If you are new to Harmony Clinic, simply click Here and enter a few of your details. If you are a returning client and would like a review appointment, you can do so by clicking Here.

We will ask you a few questions about your skin concerns, medical history, and current skincare routine—so feel free to prepare any relevant information in advance. Based on your needs and budget, we’ll then recommend the most suitable skincare regime for you.

We will review your medical history and any notes you’ve shared. Here are a few simple steps you can take to get the most from your Video Skincare Consultation:

  1. Prepare your questions or concerns – Make a list of anything you’d like to discuss so your Skin Expert can focus on what matters most to you.

  2. Have a pen and paper ready – You might want to jot down key advice, tips, or product recommendations during the session.

  3. Check your tech setup – Ensure you have a strong internet connection, your sound and microphone are working, and the room is well lit.

  4. Cleanse your skin – Ideally, remove any makeup and cleanse your face before your consultation. This helps assess your skin more accurately.

  5. Consider keeping a skin diary – Tracking your skin’s behaviour over time can highlight key concerns and help us tailor the consultation to your needs.
